After the initial meeting we will give you an estimate of the regular hours required to complete your work. During the initial stages of our bookkeeping services, there are always extra hours necessary to organise, set up, sort and adjust the current records. The time required for this work is better estimated once we have perused the records. At this point we will review a copy of your accounting file.

Yes, once assigned a bookkeeper, they will continue to work with you ongoing. If there is any reason why your assigned support person becomes unavailable, Business Backup will automatically organise a mutually acceptable replacement and allow one hour, free of charge, as a changeover to familiarise the new staff member.

All Business Backup team members are capable of working unsupervised but will require the assistance of the business owner or staff on occasions to gather information relevant to your business performance and records.
